Help build a specialty practice for OCD and anxiety care.

ICF Psychological Services is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to help build a specialty practice dedicated to the assessment and treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions.

We provide evidence-based care with a strong focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Our approach extends beyond treating symptoms in the individual. We recognize that OCD impacts entire systems, including parents, partners, spouses, and families, just as those systems can influence the course of OCD. Our work therefore includes helping families and couples reduce accommodation, strengthen communication, and support lasting recovery. Clinicians with an appreciation for systems-based and relational work are especially encouraged to apply.

Our culture is built on clinical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and continuous growth. We value clinicians who enjoy complex cases, appreciate nuanced differential diagnosis, and are committed to evidence-based care. Consultation, collaboration, and ongoing learning are central to our approach.
