Workshops

Our Gottman Method workshops offer structured, research-based support for individuals and couples seeking to strengthen their relational foundations. Whether you're preparing for parenthood, navigating dating with intention, or deepening an existing partnership, these modules provide practical tools grounded in decades of relationship science. Current offerings include Bringing Baby Home, The Seven Principles for Singles, and The Seven Principles for Couples. Each workshop is designed to foster emotional connection, communication skills, and shared resilience—within a respectful, inclusive space.

Baby Presents

Bringing Baby Home

This workshop supports new parents in navigating the transition to parenthood with intention and connection. Grounded in the Gottman Method, it offers tools to strengthen your relationship and foster emotional attunement—so your child grows up within a partnership built to hold them. Think of it as recalibrating a shared engine: each partner adjusting to new pressures, syncing movements, and rediscovering how to work in tandem. The baby is already here—and while the system may still run with friction, this workshop helps you shift from parallel strain to coordinated support, where your partner becomes your teammate in care, not your competitor in exhaustion.

This workshop invites individuals to explore the architecture of healthy relationships before the foundation is poured. Through the lens of the Gottman Seven Principles, participants cultivate relational self-awareness, clarify values, and deepen their understanding of love and attraction—how it begins, how it endures, and how it sometimes misleads. It’s designed for those who’ve weathered several failed relationships and wonder, “Is it me?”; those who’ve never been in one and want to understand what a healthy connection looks like before embarking on their first; those dating and contemplating commitment, asking, “How do I know if they're the one?”; and those in situationships seeking clarity. It also welcomes those grieving the loss of a relationship—through divorce, separation, or widowhood—who are now wondering how to begin again. Whether you’re recovering from heartbreak, exploring new relational identities, or simply ready to turn toward connection with intention, this is a space to sketch the blueprint of partnership with curiosity and care.

Holding Hands

Seven Principles for Couples

This workshop helps couples strengthen their relationship through the Gottman Method’s Seven Principles—evidence-based tools that support communication, conflict resolution, and shared meaning. Whether you're newly committed or decades in, this is a space to tune your partnership with intention. Drawing from Dr. John Gottman’s decades of research, the workshop follows the trail of what he later lovingly distinguished as the “Masters” of relationships—those who build trust, turn toward each other, and repair with care—while helping couples avoid the common pitfalls observed among the “Disasters.” Think of it as recalibrating a shared compass: navigating together through calm and storm, attuned to each other’s signals. It’s not about perfection—it’s about shifting from reactive patterns to intentional connection, where marriage becomes a co-created practice of trust, curiosity, and care.
