Therapy

Therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis. It’s for anyone feeling stuck, curious, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand themselves more deeply. It’s for those navigating transitions, tending to old wounds, or learning to show up in relationships with more intention. Therapy is for the brave—not because you have it all figured out, but because you’re willing to begin.

Whether you're seeking relief, reflection, or renewal, therapy offers a space to be seen, heard, and supported. You don’t have to wait until things fall apart. You’re allowed to want more—more clarity, more connection, more peace.

GOTTMAN METHOD

Individual Therapy

Grounded in science. Tailored to you.

Feeling stuck can show up in many ways. It might feel like waking up with a sense of dread, going through the motions but feeling disconnected from purpose or joy. Like knowing something needs to change—but not knowing what, or how. You might feel trapped in looping thoughts, overwhelmed by decisions, or weighed down by guilt, anxiety, or self-doubt. Maybe you’re tired of being strong all the time, or you’re questioning your relationships, your career, or even your sense of self.

Sometimes, feeling stuck means you’ve outgrown old patterns but haven’t yet found new ones. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your values—so you can move forward with clarity and intention.

We offer one-on-one therapy tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches. Together, we’ll use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift patterns that no longer serve you, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build peace with what cannot be changed, and tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to strengthen resilience and distress tolerance.

For OCD, we specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—a gold-standard approach that helps reduce compulsions, build tolerance for uncertainty, and loosen OCD’s grip so you can reclaim your time, energy, and peace of mind.

Take the first step toward living with self-compassion, freedom, and intention. You don’t have to stay stuck.

Couples Therapy

Helping couples reconnect, repair, and refine — one conversation at a time.

Couples come to therapy for all kinds of reasons—some are navigating the heartbreak of betrayal, others are quietly wondering whether to stay or go. That wondering can stem from a quiet longing for more, or from feeling like all you do is fight, unsure how things got so tangled and just wanting to get back to the way they were. Some are learning how to co-parent while separated, trying to protect their children’s well-being while redefining their own roles. And many come simply to fine-tune a healthy relationship, knowing that even strong partnerships benefit from intentional care. Therapy isn’t about blame or fixing each other—it’s about learning how to talk so you can truly hear one another. Our sessions are grounded in the Gottman Method. You’ll practice listening with empathy, expressing needs with clarity, and staying present even when things feel hard. Your clinician is just a fly on the wall, guiding you gently toward healthier patterns and deeper understanding.

Whether you’re recalibrating, rebuilding, or renewing, there’s hope here—and room for growth.

Family Therapy

Practical tools for families feeling stuck, strained, or stretched thin.

Families often seek therapy when daily life begins to feel emotionally charged, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer support growth. Some are navigating behavioral challenges with young children—tantrums, defiance, or emotional outbursts that leave everyone drained. Others are supporting a child or family member with OCD and feeling unsure how to respond to rituals, anxiety, or distress. Sometimes, families are facing estrangement or struggling to communicate across generational divides, especially when trying to connect with teens.

In family therapy, we work with any dyad—parent-child, sibling-sibling, or caregiver-teen—to strengthen connection and communication. Drawing from the Gottman Method and DBT for Teens, we’ll explore ways to express needs clearly, reduce reactivity, and build emotional safety. For caregivers of children ages 2–6, we use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to support positive behavior strategies and deeper bonding. For families managing OCD, we offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a parent-based approach that empowers caregivers to reduce accommodations and support their child’s growth.

Therapy is a space to learn new tools, shift old dynamics, and reconnect with each other in more intentional ways. Whether you're seeking structure, support, or simply a calmer home environment, we are here to guide the process with compassion and evidence-based care.
